Our in-house engineering enables us to make adjustments caused by field conditions or owner changes very quickly and with the least impact to contract schedule and cost.
We’re able to provide owners with complete BIM documents for coordination with other trades. This ensures fewer conflicts in the field. Because of our experience in design-build projects all field employees are constantly on the lookout for potential conflicts before they become problematic. This experience also allows us to work hand-in-hand with other engineering professionals when installing designs provided by other engineering firms.
We analyze the best systems to be installed based on the owner’s budgets and the needs of the project. This includes economic analysis of electrical equipment, electrical consumption costs.
We are also excited to be an industry leader in the emerging LED lighting market and utilize the latest technologies in that industry. We work closely with leaders in the lighting design field to customize and/or enhance the look and feel of facilities with lighting.
